Show Purpose & Support
As an entrant to our Bike & Car Show, you are helping to support and respect all those who have served our country. Our show proceeds, raffle tickets, sponsorship, vendors and donations make it possible for our veterans to participate in the ND/MN Honor Flight. Thank you for your participation so we can ensure the continuous support of our veterans.

Registration Fees
Bike: $40.00 per 10’x10′ space
Car/Truck: $40.00 per 10’x20′ space
Electricity: $45 fee (request by April 1, 2025)
Note: Entry fees are nonrefundable -
Space Assignment & Requirements
One vehicle per space
Pre-assigned spaces based on entry order
Vehicle photos required for assignment
Additional space must be purchased if needed -

Setup
Friday, May 2, 2025: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Show Hours
Saturday, May 3, 2025: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday, May 4, 2025: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (awards)
Note: No teardown before awards ceremony completion at 4:00 PM -
Admission Information
Adults: $10.00
Veterans: FREE
Children (12 & under): FREE with paying adult
Entrants receive two wristbands per space
2025 Bike & Car Show Waiver Notice
You will be asked to sign this form at the check-in table. The signee releases the RRVM, the Alerus Event Center, City of Grand Forks/Events Center Commission from any responsibility for any damage incurred during this event.
Liability Disclaimer: The Red River Valley Motorcyclists (RRVM), the Alerus Event Center, City of Grand Forks/Events Center Commission shall not be responsible for any loss or damage:
- Including, but not limited to, dents and scratches to all or any part of the exhibitor’s display and/or motorcycle/car for the duration of the show
- Security is provided at all times during the weekend of the show
- The owner is responsible for any and all insurance on his/her motorcycle/car
Fire Safety Requirements:
- Motorcycle gas tank is no more than ¼ full of fuel
- Car gas tank less than 1/2 full of fuel
- Car batteries: if you have a quick disconnect, please use it
