Registration Deadlines
Returning Vendors: To secure your location, registration with payment must be submitted no later than February 5th, 2025. New Vendors: Will be placed starting February 10th, 2025 on a first come basis from when registration with payment is received.

Pricing & Booth Information
Standard 10×10 booths (East & West walls): $300
Larger spaces (500+ square ft): $1.25 per square ft
Electricity available (additional fee)

Non-Profit & Civic Organizations
Must provide list of up to SIX volunteers for wristbands
Additional volunteers pay $10.00 admission fee
Wristbands required for arena entry and must be worn at all times -
Equipment & Setup
Provided Equipment: Tables and chairs from RRVM and Alerus Center Standard allocation: 1 table and 2 chairs per 10×10 space Additional or high-top tables available upon request

Vendor Setup – Friday, May 2nd, 2025
Vehicle unloading: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
After 1:00 PM: Cart-only access
Setup completion deadline: 7:00 PM
Show Hours
Saturday, May 3rd, 2025: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday, May 4th, 2025: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Note: Sunday teardown must wait until after award ceremony -
